Please confirm your delivery address and email prior to any payment submission. All orders are sent to the
address listed in your PayPal profile at the time your order is placed. If you have provided an incorrect shipping address,
your order could be delayed or not received at all. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an invalid or incorrect shipping
address. (Please ensure that your spam blockers are not blocking e-mails from FusionHairSupply.com)
International Orders
International Shipping rates are now calculated during the paypal
checkout. International Priority rates are approximately $39.99 for orders under $100 and $49.99 for orders over $100. Tracking
is not available on Global Priority Shipments. USPS estimated that Global Priority Shipments will be delivered in 6-10 although
delivery could take 10-12 business days with our manufacturers. We cannot be held responsible for
any customs fees that may be assessed to your order
First Class & Priority Mail
USPS is our preferred shipping carrier. First Class Mail is our standard shipping method. Shipping costs
are automatically calculated at checkout. All U.S. shipments are sent with delivery confirmation according to the USPS.
Additional Shipping Charge for Large orders
Large or heavy orders may require additional shipping charges. If your order requires additonal shipping
charges you will be notified by email with a paypal invoice for the additional shipping fees. Orders cannot ship until shipping
fees have been paid. If you choose to cancel your order after we have packaged and weighed your order for shipping, we will
return your payment minus a 15% restocking fee.
Express Mail
If you require Express Shipping please contact us first to see if your item is ready for next day shipping.
Please note, all items require specific processing prior to shipping. Usually hair require 3 days to
process prior to shipping.
Lost, or Non-Delivered Mail
We are not responsible for packages not received although tracking of packages will be placed on every order
sent. However we will investigate (with tracking numbers that are placed on all orders) lost or non-delivered
packages. Please note ,non-delivery of a package will not be refundable, and shipping costs are non refundable.
Any order that has not been received 30 days after the shipping date is considered a lost order. Lost,
stolen, or damaged orders will be replaced ONLY if the order was insured. We consider an order to have been received by the
buyer's when the USPS status for the package is "Delivered".
Upon confirmation of non-delivery of a package, please notify us prior to the end of a 30 day period by
sending a letter of notification to email contactus@fusionhairsupply.com or you may fax your letter to 202-452-5512. We will then forward you a claim form that will filed
with our company to recover the missing item. Usually tracking numbers are assign to each order and maintained with our office for tracking, recovery, investigative
insurance and security purposes of packages sent by our office.
